Well, what would you like to know about your photographer? First of all, I love taking pictures! I have been interested in photography since college. While in college I took a few photo classes, but I studied religion and journalism. I had a part-time job during school, working in a photo lab developing pictures. That is where my interest in photography began. I quickly moved up to manager of a photo lab and then moved on from the lab after graduation and got a job at a portrait studio. Studio photography is fun, but I enjoy being out in the field. I now work for a company that does school photos. I get to go around to different schools every day photographing children for their yearbook. I take pictures in their classrooms and at sporting events. I also do their fall and spring photos.

But enough about work. This page is about my photography which is my summer job, my hobby, and my passion. I enjoy photographing children and families and I have also photographed several weddings. My favorite kind of photographs are candid, capturing the raw emotion of the moment. I believe the saying that a picture is worth a thousand words.

When I’m not taking pictures, I’m spending time with my family. I have a wonderful son that is almost 2 years old and I have a boyfriend that has been the love of my life for over 7 years. We enjoy traveling and hosting a game night for our friends every month.
